10 Pakistani Universities Make it to the Top 350 in Times Asia Rankings
Times Higher Education (THE) Asia has announced the Asia University Rankings for the year 2018. Ten Pakistani Universities are listed in top 350 universities
The universities are judged across all of their core missions – teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook – to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons available.
The National University of Singapore Tops the List while Japan is the most-represented nation the list, boasting 89 universities. All of the universities come from 25 countries/regions.
Pakistani Universities Ranking
Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, which is now ranked at 79th Last year it was ranked in 121- 130 Band which shows a massive improvement. COMSATS has also raised its ranking from 141-150 band to 125th place.
Next Pakistani is National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) which has secured 162nd positions while University of Agriculture, Faisalabad ranked in 251–300 bands.
Table rank has been increased this year from 300 to 350 universities which helped these Pakistani to be ranked on the List.
