At CES 2018, TCL Communication has unveiled three new Alcatel smartphones Alcatel 1X, Alcatel 3V, and Alcatel 5 with 18:9 Full View displays. All of the new handsets will also feature rear-mounted fingerprint sensors. Three new smartphones will be placed in the mid and entry-level price range and other details related to specification and pricing are expected to be announced at MWC 2018 in Barcelona.

The Alcatel 5 and Alcatel 3Vmight cost less than $200, while 1X phones will be $100 or less. Regardless of the product price range, all Alcatel model will feature full-view Display and Finger Print Sensor. Alcatel 5 is expected to include the Facial Unlocking feature.

The Alcatel 1X is being touted to be the ‘best in affordability’. It will feature a metal unibody design made of some premium materials. On the other hand, the Alcatel 3V will feature a glossy back panel.

The Alcatel 5 is the most premium among the three. It comes with a large battery that offers up to full day usage. Additionally, it will feature a dual selfie cameras with an LED flash. The smartphone has a textured panel on the back.
