Telenor Bank Launches EasyPaisa Digital Loan Service
Telenor is the leader in Mobile Financial Services in Pakistan. Now Telenor Bank (Tameer Microfinance Bank) launches Digital Loan Service for Easy Paisa Mobile account Holders. Easypaisa Digital Loan Service is the first of it’s kind in South Asia. EasyPaisa customer has the facility to obtain easy loans, immediately, right from their mobile phones.
Digital Loan also termed Sahara Loan service, is a short-term loan for the period of 7 to 14 days. The loan amount will directly be deposited to one’s Mobile Account. The process will just take 5 minutes and is a matter of just one click.
This loan is available for only selected Telenor easypaisa customers. Eligible customers have already received an SMS regarding the process.For more information, dial 3737.
Everything you Need to Know About Easypaisa Digital Loan Service
- You are 18 or older then you may apply for an Easypaisa Sahara loan from the Bank.
- If your application is approved, the Bank shall send an SMS to you to confirm:
- Loan Amount
- Service / Processing Fee
- Total Repayment Amount;
- Due Date;
- Late Payment Fee.
Note: Bank’s staff will never require you to disclose your PIN. So never give your PIN to anybody.

Digital Loan Service (Charges):
Telenor Bank will charge the service fee as following for selected days :
- 7 days: 10% – 25%
- 14 days: 12% – 35%
- 2.5% extra will be charged as late Charges if unable to return loan within due date.

How to Repay Loan:
The loan will be automatically deducted after one month from Sahara Loan Account. Repayment of the loan shall happen by automatic deduction of the Repayment Amount from your Easypaisa Mobile Account on the Due Date. If any portion of the Repayment Amount remains unpaid after the Due Date any funds deposited into your Easypaisa Mobile Account will be automatically deducted until repayment of the outstanding balance has been made in full.
Late Payment Fee, of 2.5% of any Loan Amount that remains unpaid on the Due Date shall automatically apply if you fail to repay the Repayment Amount in full by the Due Date.
